We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Wushu Trainer to inspire and develop martial arts enthusiasts through expert instruction and passionate coaching. As a key member of our fitness and martial arts team, you will lead training sessions, demonstrate techniques, and foster a engaging environment for students of all skill levels.

Your role is vital in promoting physical fitness, discipline, and confidence through the art of Wushu, a traditional Chinese martial art known for its dynamic movements and aesthetic forms. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your expertise while helping others achieve their martial arts goals.

Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging Wushu training sessions tailored to students’ skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners
- Demonstrate proper techniques, stances, forms, and routines with clarity and precision
- Develop customized training plans that focus on improving strength, flexibility, coordination, and technique mastery
- Foster a positive and disciplined environment that encourages respect, perseverance, and personal growth
- Incorporate teaching methods that enhance students’ understanding of martial arts principles and history
- Monitor student progress regularly,



providing constructive feedback and motivation to achieve their best
- Assist with organizing martial arts demonstrations, competitions, or community events to showcase student achievements

Requirements

- Proven experience in teaching or coaching Wushu or similar martial arts disciplines
- Strong knowledge of Wushu forms, techniques, and training methodologies
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct students of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to demonstrate physical movements clearly while maintaining safety standards
- Basic swimming skills are preferred to support water-based fitness activities or safety protocols during training sessions involving aquatic elements
- Passionate about teaching martial arts with a lively, motivating attitude that inspires learners
- Certifications related to martial arts instruction or teaching are advantageous but not mandatory; relevant experience is highly valued
