As a Skills Coach, you will create engaging lesson plans and utilize adaptive coaching strategies to meet diverse participant needs.
Supporting a community of autistic individuals, you will work closely with Onsite Supervisors and assist in managing class activities. Join our team to lead joyful learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans aligned with participant needs
- Adapt activities using autism-informed approaches
- Facilitate a welcoming learning workplace
- Partner with supervisors to enhance participant support
- Oversee activity scheduling and implementation
Requirements:
- One year of experience in coaching youth sports
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C Certification
- Must undergo a clear criminal record check
- Ability to skate forwards and backwards for skating programs
- Dedicated to creating an enjoyable experience for all
