LCDS is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Worker to join our part time team. You will be responsible for routine maintenance, performing inspections, and ensuring the upkeep of our facilities. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this role to maintain our high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine building maintenance and minor HVAC repairs • Conduct preventative maintenance and upkeep tasks • Maintain inventory and inform supervisors of needs • Complete inspections on equipment and facilities • Move furniture and perform seasonal grounds maintenance
Requirements: • Prior maintenance experience in any setting • Knowledge of basic maintenance tools and equipment • Reliable transportation for travel between sites • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed
