Reporting to the Student Services Coordinator, you will handle vital administrative tasks related to student records and financial aid. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and effective communication are essential as you assist students with financial literacy and support external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain student records accurately • Analyze and prepare financial data for student aid • Communicate with students via email, phone,



and MIO • Assist in Ministry audits with necessary documentation • Deliver workshops on financial literacy topics

Requirements: • Diploma in Administration, Finance, or Accounting • Bilingual in English and French, orally and in writing • Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel • Solid analytical and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and in a team
