The Opportunity

Were looking for Restaurant General Managers to lead KFC restaurants across the Lower Mainland. This isnt a sit-behind-a-desk kind of job. Youll be at the heart of the restaurant — leading your team, developing future leaders, creating great guest experiences and running a successful business.

On any given day, youll be:

• Building a team and culture people genuinely want to be part of
• Coaching and developing your people — including finding your future replacement (because we want you moving up!)
• Running a busy restaurant and making sure our guests leave happy
• Driving sales, managing costs and delivering strong business results
• Recruiting great people and keeping your restaurant fully staffed
• Keeping standards high across food quality, cleanliness and safety
• Getting involved in the local community
