Shifts may include Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, and Flexible schedule.ResponsibilitiesFood safety/handling skillsTransport raw materials, finished products and packaging materialsMeasure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machinesFeed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containersRemove filled containers from conveyorsManually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containersFeed and unload processing machinesCheck products and packaging for basic quality defectsAssist process control and machine operators in performing their dutiesClean machines and immediate work areasFollow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Work site environmentOdoursCold/refrigeratedWet/dampWork settingFood and beverage plantMeat processing and/or packing plant/establishmentEducationNo degree, certificate or diplomaExperienceWill trainOn siteWork must be completed at the physical location.
