This role blends leadership, solution design, and hands-on execution which is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions while leading a high-performing team. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to drive digital initiatives across systems, data, and integrations that directly impact operational performance and customer experience.What to expect in the roleLeadership & DeliveryLead and develop a high-performing Digital Solutions team through coaching, mentoring,



and technical guidanceManage the rollout of Microsoft Copilot and Claude across the organization, supporting the ongoing development, maintenance, governance, and security of AI solutionsManage team performance through standardized deployment structure, best practices and change management.Ensure delivery of key digital initiatives, technical roadmaps and helpdesk prioritizationPartner with business leaders to align digital solutions with organizational objectivesDesign and implement scalable solutions across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and data platformsDrive integrations, automation, and system optimization across SaaS and on-prem environmentsEnsure adherence to SOPs, documentation standards, and security best practicesContribute to long-term architectural planning and continuous improvement initiativesData & ReportingDesign and maintain integrity of master data and the EB Horsman data lakeManage APIs and data integrationsBuild and enhance self-serve reporting solutions, data marts, and EB Horsman PIMProduce accurate system documentation, training materials, and change recordsHands-On Technical ContributionContribute at a senior technical level across helpdesk support, integrations, APIs, automation,



and AI initiativesTroubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in hybrid SaaS and on-prem environmentsServe as the primary point of contact during outages or downtimeContinuously develop expertise in ERP, CRM, WMS, and eCommerce systemsGovernance & SecuritySupport best practices in access control, data security, compliance, and operational reliabilityContribute to change management processes, documentation standards, and DR/BC planningEnsure security protocols and industry best practices are consistently followedMaintain robust operational controls to ensure system reliabilityManage relationships with vendors, partners, and service providersSupport contract discussions, service evaluations, and solution deliveryLiaise with vendors to resolve issues and advance technical initiativesEnsure vendor solutions align with business needs and technical standards5+ years of experience in digital solutions, data, or enterprise applications2+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teamsStrong experience with SQL, API Management, Data Lake management, and enterprise-level SaaS platforms (ERP/CRM/eCommerce/WMS)Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerBI strongly preferred.Experience working in hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem)Robust communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teamsOur Core Values: Celebrating the Past, Empowering the FutureTeamwork l Integrity l Continuous Improvement l Resilience l EmpoweredCompensation Details:$115,000 to $125,000.
