As we prepare to bring the world’s best desserts to our community, we’re looking for an exceptional General Manager to join our Crumbl Crew and help lead our store from the very beginning.

Crumbl is a fast-paced, high-energy workplace built around creating incredible desserts and an unforgettable guest experience. We’re looking for someone who brings a high level of integrity, capability, energy, and leadership and is ready for the exciting challenge of leading a team and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a brand-new location.

As General Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the successful opening and ongoing operation of our Winnipeg store. You will be responsible for building and developing a robust team, maintaining Crumbl’s high operational standards, and creating a positive, energetic workplace where both our team members and guests feel valued.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is organized, motivated, accountable, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the Crumbl Crew

Oversee daily store operations and ensure the store runs efficiently

Recruit, onboard, train, schedule, and support team members

Build a positive workplace culture centered around teamwork, accountability, and respect

Ensure an exceptional guest experience every day

Maintain Crumbl’s standards for product quality, presentation, cleanliness, food safety, and service

Manage labour, scheduling, inventory, ordering, waste, and other operational costs





Monitor store performance and work toward sales, labour, and operational goals

Work closely with ownership to support store goals, community involvement, and continued growth

Who We’re Looking For

Has previous management or leadership experience, preferably in food service, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced environment

Has strong communication and problem-solving skills

Demonstrates a high level of integrity and accountability

Is a confident and positive leader who knows how to bring out the best in their team

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities

Is flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Understands the importance of both operational excellence and exceptional customer service

Is comfortable giving feedback, setting expectations, and holding team members accountable
