The LPN will play a vital role in supporting patient well-being through clinical expertise and compassionate care. Duties
Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders Monitor patient health status and record vital signs Assist with patient assessments and document findings thoroughly Provide wound care, and pain management as needed Support patient mobility and comfort, ensuring safety at all times Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Participate in Resident Care Conferences Assist with laboratory procedures and specimen collection Manage case documentation Qualifications
Valid licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and in good standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Saskatchewan. Nursing home experience prefferred, senior care is highly desirable.
