Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a small landscape maintenance crew efficiently

• Conduct equipment inspections and maintain safety standards
Requirements:
• 1–3 years’ experience in commercial landscaping
• Minimum 1 year leading a small crew
• Valid G driver's licence for vehicle operation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
