Contribute to educational excellence as a Library Technologist at Conestoga College’s Doon campus in Kitchener. Deliver instructional support, reference services, and collection development in an academic workplace.

This temporary full-time position involves conducting in office work Monday to Friday, with potential travel to other campuses. The successful candidate will develop instructional workshops and support materials, promote information literacy, and assist faculty with resource integration into curricula.

Additionally, you will handle circulation and media services, ensuring smooth library operations and patron interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver instructional workshops on research skills
- Provide reference and circulation services to faculty and students




- Select resources to enhance the library collection
- Participate in program proposals and accreditation processes
- Assess donations and track resource purchases

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and formal education in Library Science
- Three years’ library experience, preferably in academia
- Knowledge of collection development practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop digital learning resources
