7 years of post-call experience in private practice focused on banking and financial services at a national, regional, or reputable boutique firm

~ Expertise in syndicated lending, syndicated debt financing, leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, structured finance, and securitization
~ Robust analytical and drafting skills
~ Above average academic credentials

~ Must be qualified to practice law in Canada
