SSRG is seeking a proactive Mobile Security Supervisor to oversee mobile security operations. The successful candidate will have supervisory experience and a strong background in security while ensuring high standards of service. Your role will involve mentoring staff, managing patrols, and responding to incidents effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support mobile security staff on shifts
- Train and guide recent and current staff in procedures
- Assist with alarm responses and building patrols
- Liaise between clients and staff during emergencies
- Conduct follow-ups on performance and disciplinary issues

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- At least 3 years in the security sector
- Valid BC Security Worker Licence required
- Basic First Aid Certification or equivalent
- Class 5 Driver's Licence with clean record
