Working closely with the CEO, CFO and senior leadership team, the Director, Legal Affairs will play a key role in leading Galvion's legal function and supporting the company's continued growth. You will provide practical, strategic advice across a broad range of commercial, corporate, regulatory and operational matters. You will draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements,
advise on government contracting and procurement, support strategic transactions and corporate matters, and help identify and mitigate legal risks. You will also lead a legal team of two professionals while managing external counsel as required.
