Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate programming and develop leadership skills in youth • Conduct outreach activities identifying community needs • Foster engagement by creating supportive environments • Build partnerships to enhance community resources • Implement conflict prevention strategies with supervision
Requirements: • Degree in health or social services preferred • Experience in group facilitation and program planning • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Fluency in English; other languages are assets • Valid driver’s license is an asset
