Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on various automotive systems using schematics and technical manuals
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs effectively
- Interpret technical schematics and mechanical diagrams to identify issues accurately
- Execute heavy lifting tasks safely when handling engine components or vehicle parts




- Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair findings clearly to customers
- Assist with vehicle inspections, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance

Experience

- Proven dealership experience or extensive mechanic experience in a fast-paced automotive environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle makes and models
- Proficiency with schematics, assembly procedures, and the use of hand tools and power tools
- Experience with welding techniques and heavy lifting tasks required for complex repairs
- Knowledge of automotive repair standards, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a busy workshop setting
