We are currently expanding across Kitchener and have a growing need for experienced Instructor Therapists who are looking to add consistent evening hours between 4:00pm and 8:30pm to their schedule.

What You Will Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes across Kitchener following BCBA and Senior Therapist guidance
- Support skill development and behaviour reduction goals using individualized programming
- Collect and document data using AspireAutism’s internal software
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team throughout the treatment process
- Maintain a safe and professional therapy environment in all client homes (all homes are pre-screened)

What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1.5 years of ABA therapy experience in Ontario
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
- Professional, friendly, and approachable with families and colleagues
- Strong collaboration and documentation skills
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence, reliable transportation, and a clear police background check

Availability Requirements We are primarily hiring therapists who can provide evening availability between 4:00pm and 8:30pm on weekdays.

Candidates should ideally be available on a minimum of three weekdays per week so we can build a consistent recurring caseload around their schedule.

You provide us with the evenings that work for you,



and we match you with clients whose schedules align with that availability.

Hours

This is a part-time position focused on evening hours.

We currently have strong demand for sessions between 4:00pm and 8:30pm, allowing qualified therapists to build a consistent part time caseload based on their availability and the number of evenings they would like to work.
