This position reports to the Director, Facilities Maintenance & Engineering (FM&E;). As the primary point of contact and reception for the department, this position is responsible for managing front-line administrative services, coordinating e-Facilities intake and triage activities, and overseeing workflow management for the main office. The incumbent supports a broad range of operational and administrative functions, requiring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of departmental processes, policies and standards.
The primary location will be at the Royal Alexandra Hospital but if an event unfolds, this person may be asked to work at other sites within the zone. Potential multi-site duties as directed by FM&E; Director or Manager.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to manage high call volumes, greet and assist clients professionally, and handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience with payroll processing, data entry, scheduling, records management, and general office administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Able to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
2 years’ experience in building maintenance, preferably in a hospital setting. Knowledge of AHS specific computerized programs (e-People, RMS, Oracle, and e-Facilities).
