The Role

We are seeking an expert in photorealistic AI avatar and voice cloning to join our team and produce realistic AI videos with cloned human subjects—talking heads and interview-style content—for our clients. This is a hands-on production role: you will take the existing image or video of a real person and use AI tools to generate a new video of them, including replicating their voice.

We're specifically looking for someone dialed into the leading, cutting-edge tools in AI content creation, video cloning, and UGC — not general AI video work, but the most realistic human clone videos being produced today. That means:

- A photorealistic AI avatar — accurate lip sync, natural facial expressions, and natural body movement, with no uncanny valley artifacts.
- Voice cloning that's indistinguishable from the real person's voice — matching tone, pacing, breathing, and emotional inflection.
- A combined output that holds up across a full video, not just a short demo clip.

You will also play a key part in training other members of our team on this process as we build out this capability in-house.

Key Responsibilities

- AI Video Production: Produce photorealistic, high-quality AI-generated videos in talking-head and interview formats for client projects, sustained across full-length videos rather than short clips.
- Likeness & Voice Replication: Use a subject's existing photo or video footage to generate a new video of that person, with lip sync, expressions, and movement that read as natural, and voice cloning that captures tone, pacing, breathing, and emotion.
- Quality Control: Maintain a high bar for realism, consistency, and polish across all deliverables — no uncanny valley artifacts.
- Team Training: Train colleagues and staff on your AI video production workflow, tools, and best practices as we scale this capability internally.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with our marketing and content teams to align AI video deliverables with client needs and brand standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise producing photorealistic AI avatar video — talking-head and/or interview style, UGC — with natural lip sync, expressions, and movement (portfolio or demo reel required).




- Proven experience with voice cloning that's indistinguishable from the source voice, including tone, pacing, breathing, and emotional inflection.
- Ability to sustain avatar and voice quality across a full-length video, not just a short demo clip.
- Hands-on expertise with leading AI video/avatar cloning tools (e.g., HeyGen, Argil, Synthesia, D-ID, Captions, Higgsfield, Arcads, Kling AI) and voice-cloning platforms (e.g., ElevenLabs). Familiarity with AI image tools (e.g., Nano Banana) for reference/asset prep is a plus.
- Proven ability to generate video from a still image or existing video footage of a real person.
- Comfortable training and mentoring others on a technical workflow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.
