AI Security Architect

Location: Toronto, Canada – 3 days onsite

Salary Range: CAD $135-175K

Your New Role

We are currently seeking an AI Security Architect to join the Enterprise Security team in Toronto, Canada. This is a senior-level opportunity for candidates with a robust blend of security architecture expertise and enterprise AI experience. We are looking for candidates who have been actively involved in evaluating, assessing, or implementing AI solutions within an enterprise environment.

While hands-on AI model development is not required, candidates should be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of AI technologies, associated risks, and security considerations

You’ll have

Must-Have Experience

- Experience participating in enterprise AI initiatives, including AI proof-of-concepts, evaluations, assessments, and implementation projects.
- Exposure to leading AI platforms and frontier models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar technologies.
- Strong technical background in various areas listed below:
- Security Architecture
- Enterprise Architecture
- Application Security
- Networking
- Application Development
- Solution Design




- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience operating in large, complex enterprise environments.

Nice-to-Have Experience
- AI security certifications or security-related certifications.
- Familiarity with AI governance, security frameworks, risk management, and regulatory considerations.
- Broader exposure to emerging AI technologies and enterprise AI adoption programs.

Additional Notes

• Certifications are advantageous but are not mandatory .

- Candidates with strong AI exposure and a solid security architecture background should be prioritized.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are considered critical for success in this position.
