- Apprentice Collision Technician is a vehicle repair position within Tesla’s service team.





- This is a full time role based in Oakville Ontario.
- The role follows an afternoon shift routine from Monday to Thursday.
- A shift premium is provided for the afternoon routine.
- The position focuses on collision repair work for Tesla vehicles.
- The work environment is team based, technology focused and hands on.

Responsibilities - Follow Tesla repair standards and company procedures.

- Perform structural and cosmetic repairs on Tesla vehicles.
- Use Celette frame jigs to install new structural components.
- Glue, rivet and weld replacement structural components.
- Repair exterior panels using metal finishing and body filler.
- Replace body panels, suspension parts and vehicle structure components.
- Replace radiators, airbags and trim components related to collision repairs.

Requirements - A minimum of 2 years of work background as an automotive collision repair technician is required.

- A positive attitude and team focused work style are required.
- Neat and organized work habits are required.
- Can work with up-to-date technologies and learn new software systems.
- A Class 5, G or G2 driver’s licence for Canada is required.
- Can read and understand automotive repair procedures.
- Strong written and verbal interaction skills are required.
