You’ll engage in performance coaching to foster relationships with dealers, identify performance gaps, and facilitate measurable improvements in parts and service metrics. Key Responsibilities:

- Build partnerships with Lexus dealers
- Analyze and improve dealer performance metrics

- Coach dealer partners to ensure accountability
- Support Lexus Aftersales program implementation Requirements:
- Fluency in French is required
- 6+ years in retail automotive service operations
