- Monitor and analyze SO margin, install margin, and product margin trends by brand, customer, and project; flag anomalies to the Finance Director
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoicing, collections support, and vendor payment processing.

- Support the Finance Director in preparing management reporting packages, including backlog, margin, and cash flow summaries for leadership.
- Assist with the annual audit and tax preparation process, coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
- Partner with sales operations and project management teams to ensure accurate order status tracking (Pending Approval, Pending Fulfillment, Partially Fulfilled, Pending Billing, etc.) within NetSuite.
- Help maintain and improve NetSuite workflows, saved searches, and reporting to support multi-brand financial visibility.
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis, process improvement initiatives, and system enhancements.
- Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred.
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a distribution, manufacturing, or multi-entity/multi-brand environment.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite (or comparable ERP system) required.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, revenue recognition, and order-to-cash processes.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience working with large sales order and margin datasets.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
