Canada West Ski Areas Association is seeking an Assistant Alpine Manager at Manning Park Resort to lead daily alpine operations in winter and summer. The role reports to the Operations Manager and collaborates with the Assistant Parks Manager to ensure safety, efficiency, and high guest satisfaction. You will recruit and supervise seasonal staff, oversee lift operations, grooming, patrol, and training to BC Safety Authority standards, and coordinate with resort-area managers.
