Associate Lawyer, Tax Toronto (Hybrid) Our client Is a national full-service Bay Street law firm located in Toronto.
Responsibilities - Support a broad transactional tax practice across the full lifecycle of transactions.
- Advise on private equity, high-net-worth client, and insurance-related matters.
- Build both transactional and standalone tax experience within a nationally integrated tax group.
Qualifications - Called to the Ontario Bar with approximately 2 to 7 years of tax experience.
- Strong transactional tax background.
- Solid technical skills, commercial judgment, and interest in developing a long-term tax practice.
- Collaborative, proactive, and motivated by mentorship and growth opportunities.
