- Associate Manager, Digital Analytics is a technology role that supports digital measurement and business insights.

- This is a temporary and full time position with a 12 month contract.
- The role supports web and mobile digital platforms across the company.
- You will work with marketing, product, UX and engineering and other business teams.
- The position focuses on digital reporting and improving online journeys.

Responsibilities - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.





- Use Adobe and Google Analytics.
- Review key performance indicators including engagement, conversion or retention and funnel metrics.
- Study trends and prepare useful insights that support business growth.
- Present findings to both technical and non technical teams.
- Support digital tracking through Adobe Launch, Tealium or similar tools.
- Review and troubleshoot tracking across web and mobile platforms.
- Work with engineering teams to define data layer requirements.
- Support A B testing and multivariate testing activities.
- Recommend improvements for user journeys, content performance and conversion rates.
- Support conversion rate optimization initiatives.
- Work with marketing, product, UX and engineering teams on measurement plans.
- Translate business needs into tracking and reporting solutions.
- Maintain accurate tagging documentation and governance records.
- Make sure data follows privacy regulations and consent management practices.

Requirements - Complete a Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing or Statistics or a related field.

- Have 3 to 4 years of work background in digital analytics or a similar role.
- Have strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics.
- Skilled in tag management tools such as Adobe Launch or tools like Tealium.
- Skilled in tools including Power BI or Tableau or Looker.
- Be skilled in presenting data through reports and visualizations.
- Have strong knowledge of Excel and SQL.
- Understand digital marketing channels including paid media, email and SEO.
- Have work background supporting testing and optimization initiatives.
- Can influence partners by sharing useful insights.
- Show strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
