Attendant (Part-Time & Full-Time) Project Hope
Ten Ten Sinclair Housing Inc. is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Attendants to join our new program, Project Hope. We are currently hiring for both part-time and full-time positions, with opportunities available on day, evening, and night shifts.
The anticipated start date for successful candidates is October 05th 2026.

Position Overview
Attendants play a vital role in providing services to tenants by promoting safety, dignity, independence, and overall well-being. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to providing respectful, person-centered services.
Qualifications and Expectations The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while exercising good judgment, initiative, and professional responsibility.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with tenants, coworkers, families, and community partners.
- Treat all individuals with dignity, compassion, and respect.
- Be physically capable of performing the essential duties of the position.
- Follow verbal and written instructions accurately and consistently.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to privacy requirements.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliable attendance record.
- Support and uphold the Vision, Mission, Values,
and Commitments of Ten Ten Sinclair Housing Inc.
- Be flexible and adaptable in responding to the diverse needs of tenants in a supportive housing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Health Care Aide (HCA) certification.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Knowledge of the homelessness initiative, housing supports, and related community resources.
- Experience supporting individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Experience working with individuals living with mental health concerns, substance use challenges, or concurrent disorders.
- Solid interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Preferred Assets
- Experience working within supportive housing, community-based services, or social service settings.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed, person-centered, and recovery-oriented approaches.
- Experience supporting individuals with complex social, mental health, and addiction-related needs.
