- Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently
- Repair body panel damage on vehicles
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as needed
- Replace or repair electrical components and accessories
- Assess and repair vehicle structural components Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Postsecondary education in Auto Body Repair preferred
- Valid driver’s license and personal toolbox
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
