Lonnie's Autobody is looking for a Journeyman or 3rd year apprentice to join our team!

We are a locally/ Family owned business that has had a strong presence in Grande Prairie and the surrounding region since 1980. We are a smaller but very busy shop with a crew of long term team members, looking to add another member to keep up with continuous client growth.

Responsibilities

- Perform auto body repairs and restoration on vehicles
- Repair and replace damaged parts, panels, and components
- Straighten and align frames and chassis
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy

Skills:
- Proficient in auto body repair techniques and tools
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills




- Good communication and teamwork abilities

As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of auto body repair tasks. You will use your skills and knowledge to repair& replace damaged parts, straighten frames, prime repair areas. Attention to detail is crucial in ensuring the quality of your work. Additionally, you will need to have good problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and find effective solutions. Strong communication skills are also significant as you may need to collaborate with other team members.
