Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant who:
- Can deliver a premium experience from the first interaction through vehicle delivery
- Knows how to build strong, lasting customer relationships
- Is self-motivated and takes initiative without needing constant direction
- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced dealership environment
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintains a strong understanding of vehicle features, options, pricing, and competing brands
- Has a professional demeanour and appearance
- Has an excellent work ethic and is willing to go the extra mile for customers and teammates
What You'll Do As an Automotive Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs and budget
- Sell vehicles, equipment, products, and related services
- Demonstrate and explain vehicle features, technology, and options
- Maintain strong knowledge of our vehicle inventory
- Create an outstanding customer experience before, during, and after the sale
- Prepare invoices and complete sales-related paperwork
- Process paperwork with Service Ontario
- Help organize and park vehicles throughout the dealership
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales environment
- Support the office and other departments when needed
- Take initiative and assist with day-to-day dealership operations

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Automotive sales education or training is considered an asset, but is not required
- 2+ years of automotive sales experience preferred
- General knowledge and interest in automobiles
- Knowledge of car, truck, and SUV features and technology is preferred; a strong willingness to learn is equally important
- Solid customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and professional
- Valid driver's licence
Schedule Full-Time
- Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $44,195.85-$157,993.91 per year
Work Location: In person
