We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team!

Greg Gardner Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for a motivated, experienced automotive professional to help lead our sales department in beautiful Squamish, BC.

GM DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

The successful candidate will be a proven leader who understands the General Motors sales environment and knows how to build a strong team, deliver an excellent customer experience, and drive results.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous Sales Manager experience at a GM dealership
- Strong knowledge of Chevrolet, Buick and GMC
- Proven automotive sales and leadership experience
- Ability to coach, motivate and develop a sales team
- Strong desking, deal-structuring and closing skills
- Experience managing new and pre-owned vehicle operations
- Understanding of GM programs, incentives and processes
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Organized, professional and results driven
