Duties

- Assist licensed technicians with routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform repairs and assembly tasks under supervision
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to understand vehicle systems and repair procedures
- Conduct inspections to identify mechanical issues and determine necessary repairs
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for automotive repairs and maintenance
- Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards




- Participate in learning sessions on automotive repair techniques, and customer service excellence

Requirements

- Prior automotive repair experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
- Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills for working effectively with team members and customers
- High school diploma or equivalent; ongoing education in automotive technology is advantageous
- Class G Drivers Licence is required.
