Icon Automotive 2016 Inc. is a growing, customer-focused automotive repair facility located in Leduc, AB. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a Red Seal Journeyperson or 3rd, or 4th year apprentice looking to advance their career in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles (domestic and import)
- Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical issues accurately and efficiently
- Complete brake, suspension, steering, and engine repairs
- Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire services, fluid checks, etc.)
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot vehicle systems
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with service advisors and team members
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and hop procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work setting

Qualifications:

- Red Seal Automotive Service Technician (preferred)
- Willing to consider 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year registered apprentices
- Proven mechanical aptitude and diagnostic capability
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must supply own tools appropriate for the role; flexibility and support may be available for the right candidate
- Professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic




- Valid driver’s license

What We Offer:

- Competitive hourly wage: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and certification.
- Full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (no weekends)
