Lead the Power and Distribution team at Baffinland's Mary River Mine Site, ensuring high power availability and compliance in a unique Arctic environment. This role focuses on strategic planning and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Department Manager, the Power and Distribution Superintendent oversees a team providing secure operation and maintenance of electrical utilities.

You will develop performance indicators, manage project delivery, and guide team members in troubleshooting tech issues. This role is pivotal in maintaining a sustainable mining operation while adhering to the stringent regulations of the region. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and coordinate power distribution operations




- Provide leadership and performance direction to the team
- Manage departmental budget forecasting and planning
- Troubleshoot and restore equipment availability
- Develop key performance indicators for operations Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Certified Professional Engineer or CET designation
- 5 years as Electrical Supervisor/Superintendent
- 10 years in the electrical trade
- Legally entitled to work in Canada Contribute to safe, efficient operations in a rare Arctic community at Baffinland.
