We are a busy and growing banquet hall looking for reliable, hardworking, and friendly individuals to join our team as Banquet Attendants – Hospitality & Events.

We host weddings, private celebrations, corporate functions, social events, and other special occasions throughout the year. As our event schedule continues to grow, we are continuously hiring dependable team members who are interested in building experience in the hospitality and events industry.

We are hiring multiple people for both full-time and part-time positions. Students are welcome to apply!

No previous banquet or hospitality experience is required. We are willing to train the right individuals who have a positive attitude, are dependable, and are willing to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Banquet Attendant, you will help ensure our events run smoothly and that our venue is clean, organized, and ready for our guests.

Your responsibilities may include

- Setting up and taking down tables, chairs, linens, and event equipment
- Preparing banquet rooms before weddings, parties, and other events
- Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and cleanup
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Clearing tables and assisting with general banquet duties
- Assisting guests and other team members when needed
- Moving and arranging furniture and equipment
- Helping load and unload event supplies when required
- Working closely with servers, kitchen staff, supervisors, and other event team members
- Following directions and completing assigned tasks efficiently
- Providing friendly and skilled service to guests
- Performing other banquet and event-related duties as required

Who We're Looking For We are looking for individuals who are:

- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Professional, respectful, and well-presented
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
- Comfortable speaking with guests, coworkers, and supervisors in English




- Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, attentive to detail, and able to use good judgment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality and events environment
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical work
- Able to lift and move tables, chairs, equipment, and supplies when required
- Comfortable taking basic written notes and recording information accurately
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word or Microsoft Office, are an asset
- Knowledge of additional languages is an asset, particularly when interacting with a diverse range of guests
- Willing to learn, take direction, and accept additional responsibilities
- Available to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous hospitality, banquet, restaurant, event, or general labour experience isan asset but not required

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
