RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist with the setup of banquet rooms according to established floor plans (tables, chairs, linens, dishware, glassware, audiovisual equipment).

- Provide food and beverage service during banquets, receptions, conferences, and special events.

- Clear tables, clean, and restore rooms after events.

- Work closely with the service team, kitchen staff, and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations.

- Comply with all applicable hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.

- Respond to guest requests with courtesy and professionalism.

- Transport and handle equipment and materials required for events.

- Be able to lift and carry loads of 30 to 50 pounds.

- Maintain work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.

- Perform any other related duties assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality, food service, or events industry is an asset.

- Excellent customer service skills; courteous, professional, and guest-oriented.

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Team player with strong reliability and a sense of responsibility.





- Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines.

- Good physical condition and ability to perform physically demanding work.
