We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Banquet Manager to oversee all aspects of our banquet and event services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating event operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing a team of staff members. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality to deliver memorable events that meet our high standards.

The Banquet

Manager will play a key role in maintaining the reputation of our venue by providing outstanding service and efficient event execution.

Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise banquet events from setup to breakdown, ensuring all client specifications are met.
- Collaborate with clients to customize event details, including menus, layouts, and special requests.
- Lead and motivate banquet staff to deliver excellent guest services while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
- Manage event budgets, oversee inventory, and ensure cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
- Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue opportunities.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall satisfaction throughout the event.
- Coordinate with culinary teams, vendors,



and other departments to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Maintain organizational records related to bookings, billing, and staffing schedules.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote banquet services and attract new clients through effective communication skills.

Experience

- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within restaurant or hotel environments.
- Solid background in guest services with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling and negotiation to maximize revenue streams.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple events simultaneously.
- Budgeting experience to control costs while maintaining service quality.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills to lead teams effectively and liaise with clients.
- Prior experience in restaurant or hotel settings is highly desirable for understanding operational workflows and guest expectations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated hospitality professional to lead our banquet operations with excellence and creativity.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
