Job Summary

We are hiring licensed barbers who want to be paid for what they produce. This is a commission-based role in a busy, established First Choice Haircutters location with steady walk-in traffic, so you can build your book from day one instead of starting from zero.

If you have a following, bring it. If you are building one, our walk-in volume gives you the traffic to do it fast.

What You Will Do

- Deliver clean fades, tapers, scissor cuts, line-ups, and beard trims for men and boys
- Provide the First Choice Haircutters men's service menu to brand standards
- Consult with clients, recommend services, and build repeat visits
- Recommend and sell retail grooming products
- Keep your station, clippers, and tools clean, sanitized, and organized
- Support a positive, team-first environment

What We Are Looking For

- Ontario hairstylist certification (Certificate of Qualification) or equivalent recognized credential
- Minimum 1 year of barbering or men's cutting experience
- Strong fade, taper, and clipper work across all hair types
- Fast, consistent, and comfortable with a high-volume walk-in environment
- Friendly, reliable, and professional
- Existing clientele is an asset but not required

Compensation and Benefits

- Tiered commission on all services performed: 30% base, rising to 35% and 40% as your weekly sales grow, paid every pay period




- Guaranteed minimum wage on every pay period, regardless of commission earned
