Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
- Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, process transactions efficiently, and handle cash or card payments with accuracy.
- Serve food items promptly while maintaining excellent customer service, addressing guest needs with friendliness and professionalism.
- Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to support kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods by prioritizing tasks such as order taking, serving, cleaning, and restocking supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace including counters,



tables, and equipment to uphold health regulations and provide a welcoming environment.
- Follow all food safety procedures, including proper handling of food products and sanitation practices, to ensure guest safety at all times.

Experience

- Previous experience as a barista or server in the food industry is highly preferred; familiarity with serving techniques enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms for efficient transaction processing.
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and engage positively with diverse guests.
- Experience in food preparation or food service roles that require multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing register operations.
- Understanding of food safety protocols, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
- Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
