Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience
- Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with food industry regulations
- Assist with food service when needed,



supporting the overall restaurant operations
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management skills during busy hours

Requirements

- Previous experience in bartending, serving, or food service is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Food industry experience, including bartending or restaurant work, is a plus but not mandatory
