ILIA Beauty is seeking an experienced Sales and Education Advisor to enhance in-store client experience in the Kelowna area. You will champion ILIA’s clean color category and educate store teams on our unique point of difference, driving sales and loyalty through training and relationship-building. The role reports to the Canada West Sales, Artistry & Education Account Executive and requires robust communication, organization and a willingness to travel between stores to support initiatives.
