House as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) responsible for assessing and designing ABA programs primarily for clients with ASD and developmental disabilities. This part-time community-based position offers a flexible schedule between 2:30 PM - 7:30 PM, allowing for a balance between work and personal commitments while making meaningful impacts in clients' lives. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and caregiver priorities
- Develop and supervise individualized behavior plans
- Conduct Functional Analyses to guide interventions
- Provide training and feedback to ABA therapists
- Collaborate with caregivers and professionals during meetings Requirements:
- Certification as a BCBA™ with at least 2 years of experience
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Current police check for the vulnerable sector
- Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis required
- Familiarity with ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP assessment tools Contribute to positive behavioral outcomes through leadership, cooperative planning, and evidence-based practice in this rewarding part-time role.
