In this Bilingual Executive Assistante role, you're supporting a strong, reliable company built to last, backed by the stability of a long-term Canadian manufacturer.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll manage executive calendars, screen emails and calls, coordinate meetings, and keep priorities clear when everything feels urgent. You'll handle sensitive information with discretion, arrange travel, prepare reports, draft and proofread correspondence, and serve as a key link between executives, employees, suppliers, and clients.

You'll also keep critical details on track: weekly vehicle reports, monthly reports, price lists, annual rebates, social media content in English and French, publication calendars, event tickets, literature orders, and more. When you do this job well, the executive office runs smoothly, quickly, and calmly because of you.

What You'll Earn

You'll work a full 40-hour week. Pay is $26 to $35 per hour, based on experience and fit.

Who We're Looking For

You'll likely thrive here if you're organized, steady under pressure, polished with people, and sharp in both English and French written and spoken. You take pride in clear communication, strong follow-through, and handling confidential information properly.

- You have 3 to 5 years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
- You have advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- You can draft, review, and translate business communications in English and French
- You can interact professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and stakeholders in both languages
- Postsecondary education in business administration, office administration, or a related field is preferred
