About Contrax Equipment

Contrax Equipment wholesales high-quality rubber tracks, undercarriage parts, and material handling products to the Construction and Agricultural markets. We're expanding our operations and looking for a motivated, dynamic Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (French/English) to join our growing team.

This role is responsible for handling customer-initiated calls for company-supplied products — researching requests, matching them against inventory, sourcing non-stocked items from vendors, and closing sales to meet monthly targets.

The Details

- Location: Mississauga, ON
- Schedule: Hybrid — 2 days in-office, 3 days remote
- Compensation: Competitive base salary + monthly sales incentive

What You'll Do

- Manage inbound customer requests for pricing and availability
- Acknowledge and respond to all customer emails within a 1-hour timeframe
- Enter quotes and invoices into NetSuite
- Prepare and supply customers with freight quotes and invoices
- Locate alternative products from approved vendors when items aren't in stock
- Take ownership of customer issues, keeping them informed through resolution
- Log and maintain accurate customer interactions with timely, proper follow-up




- Review and follow up with dormant customers as appropriate
- Initiate outbound calls to previous customers to generate new leads
- Help keep price lists and catalogs updated

What You Bring

- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Fluently bilingual (French and English) — written and spoken
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in agriculture parts or construction equipment
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and NetSuite
- Qualified phone and keyboarding skills
- Strong ethical standards and ability to work with diverse teams and backgrounds
