Your role is vital in delivering a seamless onboarding experience in a team-oriented setting. In this engaging position, you will report to the Operations Manager and be part of the Partner and Client Onboarding team. With a minimum of 2-3 years of financial industry experience, your expertise will ensure advisors receive the guidance needed during onboarding.

This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and facilitate onboarding for new advisors
- Educate advisors on procedures and Dataphile practices
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for onboarding queries




- Collaborate with internal departments for timely service
- Monitor advisor progress through an Onboarding Dashboard Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years in a financial Operations or Service role
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course preferred
- Bilingual skills in French and English are strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dataphile knowledge an asset Utilize your language skills and financial knowledge to contribute meaningfully at Aviso Wealth.
