Job Title: Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant / Recruiter (English & French) Employment Type: Contract Duration: September 2027 Location: Toronto/ Waterloo/ Montreal Ideal Rate: $35- $37 on T4 (Based on Experience) (Hybrid — 1 day/week onsite) Must haves:
- 2–3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Full fluency in both English and French (mandatory)
- Strong talent sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
- ATS experience (Workday is an asset)
