This role involves thorough testing of cloud-based contact center solutions in both French and English. We are seeking a Bilingual Test Analyst with extensive hands-on experience in AWS and Amazon Connect.

This technician role supports the quality assurance efforts for cloud-centric contact center solutions. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in testing processes, from developing test plans to documenting defects while operating onsite 3 to 4 days weekly. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test plans and cases for AWS solutions
- Conduct functional and user acceptance testing for Amazon Connect




- Validate customer interactions in both French and English
- Test integrations with AWS services including Lambda and S3
- Document defects and collaborate with developers for resolution Requirements:
- Solid experience with Amazon Connect and AWS
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- Proven expertise in API testing and QA methodologies
- Ability to troubleshoot using CloudWatch
