Duties

- Prepare, review, and send invoices using accounting software such as QuickBooks,
- Manage accounts receivable by tracking payments, following up on overdue accounts, and reconciling discrepancies
- Process accounts payable transactions, verifying vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy to update financial records and maintain organized files
- Conduct account analysis to identify billing errors or inconsistencies and resolve issues efficiently
- Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy across all financial statements




- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to billing inquiries via phone or email and maintaining professional communication etiquette

Requirements

- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks,
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
- Proficiency in data entry, math skills, and attention to detail for precise account reconciliation
- Effective negotiation skills for resolving billing disputes or discrepancies with clients or vendors
- Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally
- Familiarity with financial services industry standards and practices is a plus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
