Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and design of a Blockchain platform supporting multiple business use cases in a financial environment

Support vendor and product evaluation, including technology selection and validation

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards

Participate in governance processes and design approval sessions

Conduct design and code reviews to ensure high-quality implementation

Support the development, testing, and deployment of Blockchain solutions through all project phases

Collaborate closely with stakeholders on project requirements and deliverables for successful implementation

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Blockchain to inform strategic decisions

Desired Skill-Set

Proven experience designing Blockchain solutions in a financial services setting

Hands-on coding experience with Blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger Besu, or Kaleido

Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and design principles

Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance and lead development teams

Experience with vendor and product evaluations in the Blockchain space

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills





Ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and team members

Nice to Have

Previous banking or financial industry experience

Knowledge of smart contract development and deployment

Familiarity with Blockchain governance frameworks

Experience supporting Pilot projects and moving solutions into production

Understanding of security considerations and compliance requirements in fintech environments
