Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and other hygiene products to ensure continuous availability
- Handle waste disposal efficiently by emptying trash bins and recycling containers regularly
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs or fixing minor issues under supervision
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment at all times
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues effectively
